2023 USAP National Conference

January 26-29, 2023

The United States Association of Prides has opened registration for our first in-person national conference. The conference will be held from January 26 to 29, 2023 in Minneapolis, Minnesota at the Royal Sonesta Downtown. We are planning the conference around our members, with low registration and lodging rates. The registration fee will cover three meals (two lunches and one dinner) and admission to all conference activities.

Conference Registration Rates

Registration Fees per person

$150.00 - Early Registration ends on December 1, 2022
$200.00 - Regular Registration ends on January 1, 2023
$250.00 - For Late and Onsite registrations and for payments received after January 1, 2023

There will be an additional $50.00 fee for individuals who are not from a member Pride Organization.

Our conference theme is It's Your Conference. We are planning to offer a mix of workshops and general sessions designed to meet the needs of the conference attendees. One of the benefits of this conference is that is being specifically designed for US Pride organizations and USAP members. The workshops will center on issues that are common for us in the US, which may be different from other parts of the world. By meeting together, we can discuss these topics and trends that are unique to the US.

We have a special conference rate of $129.00 per night, plus taxes for the conference.

Hotel Room Share Requests:

Thinking about coming to the USAP Conference? Do you need to economize as much as possible? Well, think no more! Why not share a room at the host hotel? A double room with two queen size beds is $129. That's only $64.50 per person per night. Can't be that! If you're interested, contact Alan Reiff at alan.reiff@usaprides.org. Alan has volunteered to coordinate room share requests.

Roundtable Discussions — Sunday, Jan. 29, 9am
From the topics that YOU sent in, each table will have an open topic discussion focus.

You will have 20 minutes at each table to share your best and worst practices with your fellow delegates.
