Want to host the 2027 National Conference? Submit a letter of Interest!​

The United States Association of Prides is seeking a Pride to co-host our 2027 annual conference. The requirements and history are attached. The ideal conference dates would be a weekend during the last two weeks of January or the first two weeks of February.

USA Prides is a nonprofit organization for Pride organizations in the US. The organization’s primary purpose is to provide education and networking for our members.  The organization currently has 132 member organizations in 38 states.

The conference will be managed by USA Prides, with the host Pride serving as co-host. The primary responsibilities of each are:

USA Prides Responsibilities

• Coordinating Registration

• Coordinate lodging, meeting space, AV, and meal functions with the hotel.

• Responsible for all financial contracts and transactions.

• Overseeing the conference program (Workshops, General Sessions, and receptions)

• Coordinating Sponsorships.

Host Organization Responsibilities

• Securing a letter of interest from the host hotel. (Because pride organizations know properties in their city the best, our goal is for them to leverage pricing that is affordable for attendees from across the United States.

• Assisting with securing sponsorships.

• Assisting with local speakers and entertainers.

• Encouraging local people/organizations to submit workshop proposals. (These would be from local experts who would not generally travel to other conference locations.)

• Serving on the conference host committee.

• If possible, find a location and sponsors for a welcome reception.
