Happy Pride! As we approach another vibrant Pride season, we find ourselves reflecting on the incredible journey we've embarked on together as members of the United States Association of Prides. It's a journey fueled by passion, advocacy, and above all, unity. As co-presidents, we are continually inspired by the dedication and resilience of each and every one of you in our diverse and vibrant community.

This year, more than ever, our theme is Collaboration, Communication, and Connection. These pillars are not merely words but the essence of our collective strength. 

Collaborating together, we have the power to create inclusive spaces where everyone feels seen, heard, and celebrated for exactly who they are. This Pride season, let us renew our commitment to work hand in hand to amplify each other's voices and ensure that no one is left behind. 

Communication is the lifeblood of our movement. It's how we share ideas, coordinate efforts, and mobilize our communities for change. Let's pledge to communicate openly and honestly, sharing resources, insights, and best practices to strengthen our events and organizations.

Connection lies at the heart of everything we do. It's what brings us together, drives us forward, and reminds us of the power of our shared humanity. This Pride season, let's prioritize connection in all its forms – whether it's reaching out to new allies, forging partnerships with local businesses, or simply taking the time to connect with each other on a personal level.

As we come together to celebrate Pride, let's also keep safety, planning, and celebration at the forefront of our minds. Let's ensure that our events are not only joyful and empowering but also safe spaces where everyone can express themselves authentically without fear of discrimination or harm. Remember, Queer Joy is an act of resistance. 

We are immensely proud to stand alongside each and every one of you as we continue to push boundaries, challenge norms, and create a world where love truly does conquer all. Together, we are unstoppable.
